SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday (excluding bank holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your order is dispatched and your estimated delivery date will usually be the day following this.
All of our UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Delivery™ services and will normally be received by you the day following the day of dispatch, typically within 3-5 working days. If you would like more information on your delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
While we shall use all reasonable commercial endeavours to deliver on the estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee this. If we cannot deliver the Items to you on the estimated delivery date, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you of this and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Please note that some areas of the UK, mainly in the Highlands and Islands, are not offered a next day service by Royal Mail.

International deliveries are dispatched within 1-2 working days. All international orders take within 6-10 working days. Again, if you would like more information on delivery, please get in touch with us!
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not accept exchange or returns on all items due to hygeine purpose.
